You can load the coupon using the Kroger mobile app!
What do you do when it says the coupons are on your card but they never show when you scan it at the store?
Go to customer service. I had that problem at Harris Teeter. I have also started printing or saving a screen shot of the coupons I have. Not only is it helpful if they don’t scan, but it helps me make sure I get the right product, especially if there are size or flavor restrictions.
