Pinecone Research is accepting panelists again! I have been a member for about a year and a half and love it! I have participated in some product test trials through them and have also received payment many times.  Each survey that you complete is worth $3.  They have recently changed their payment system to a points system but each survey is still worth $3 and once it is added to my account, I just need to request it to be loaded to my prepaid debit card that they provided me with.   I don’t know if they still offer the debit card but they do pay via Paypal too. You can also redeem for rewards. They still pay very fast.
